Shipping & Delivery

A tracking number will be e-mailed upon shipment. The fixed price for shipping & handling charges only applies to residents of the continental United States – excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Extra charges will apply for shipments to APO/FPO. A sales representative will contact you regarding the extra shipping costs. We normally ship within 24-48 hours after receipt of a cleared Paypal or Credit Card payment with a confirmed address before 5 PM Pacific Standard Time during weekdays. There are times that shipping will take longer: back-ordered items, items that did not pass quality checks, etc. We will inform the customer if there is a foreseeable shipment delay.

NOTICE: During the holiday season, there will be shipping delays due to the amount of merchandise being shipped through providers. Please understand that this is out of our control, and customers understand and agree that shipping delays are acceptable.

Pre-Order Deposit & Partial Payment Policy

Deposits taken for pre-orders or as partial payments are fully refundable up until 90 days of deposit receipt or 30 days after item(s) inventory is available for shipping, whichever comes first. Item(s) which require any customization and/or special-order items are non-refundable.

Outstanding balances becomes due once item(s) inventory becomes available for shipping. Customers will receive an email notification informing them of their outstanding balance and instructions on completing their order. Customers have 30 days from said notification to complete their order and submit full payment for any outstanding balance due prior to item(s) shipping.

After 30 days, Factory Style Wheels reserves the right to release hold of reserved item(s) inventory and may apply the deposit and/or partial payment to a new order per the customers’ request, should the item(s) have available inventory at that time.

After 90 days, all deposits and/or partial payments are non-refundable and can only be applied as store credit for future orders.

Order Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations must be submitted the same day that the order is placed to avoid order cancellation fees. Orders cancelled after the date the order was placed are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. If the product(s) have been shipped, your order is subject to all freight and handling charges plus a 20% restocking fee.

Damaged Items

Upon delivery, please inspect all packages for damage. If you receive a damaged item, make a note of the damage on the shipper’s receipt, notify the shipping company and file a damage claim form. If necessary, we can assist in this process. Please notify us promptly so we can send you a replacement. Damaged merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing. All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

14-Day Return Policy

All returned merchandise must be in new condition with all original accessories and packaging. All returns or cancelled orders are subject to all freight and handling charges plus a 25% restocking or cancellation fee. Items that qualified for our "free shipping" are subject to shipping charges accrued both to and from the customer. All merchandise must be properly packaged for shipping.

Wheels must be fit checked on the vehicle before mounting tires on them. Mounted wheels are not returnable. Wheels that were shipped with tires mounted on them must have not been installed on the vehicle and driven on.

We are not able to give credit on merchandise which has been damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the wheels are packaged correctly and protected from being damaged.

We will not accept returns on special order wheels or used items.

Please contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, packaging and shipping instructions. Items returned without an RMA number will be refused and returned freight collect. Approved RMA numbers will receive store credit for the merchandise or refund to original form of payment.

Return Policy for Warranty Request

Any warranty request must be done by submitting a Warranty Service Request via email to sales@factorystylewheels.com. Please make sure to include your order number, request reason, supporting pictures and contact information. After submitting said Warranty Service Request, we will review the request and issue an RMA number. Only products with a valid RMA numbers will be accepted. All other returns will be refused on arrival.

When you ship your item, please use a shipping method that can be tracked, such as FedEx or UPS and provide the tracking number to us in writing. Always insure the shipped items for the full purchase price.

Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways for a warranty claim. Make sure you properly package the product when shipping it back to us for warranty. Factory Style Wheels is not responsible for damage during shipping due to improper packaging.

If the returned products are found not to be subject to the warranty coverage, the product will be returned to the sender, without repair or replacement, at the sender’s expense.

Legal Notice

This limited warranty is the sole express warranty given and is IN LIEU of all other express warranties, whether oral or written. All implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed. This warranty expires upon transfer of title of any products by the original retail purchaser. No warranty or representation by anyone other than the manufacturer shall be binding.

PLEASE TEST FIT ALL WHEELS ON VEHICLE PRIOR TO MOUNTING TIRES ON WHEELS! If there are any issues with the wheels, please do not mount tires. If you mount them, you own them. Buyer assumes FULL responsibility for wheel and tire fitment. The wheel and tire specifications provided with respect to offset, finish, wheel width, bolt pattern and tire size are accurate, however final fitment is the responsibility of the buyer. Please be sure to take into account brake caliper clearance, lug nut size or lug bolt size/length, vehicle ride height and age/condition of vehicle.
